Requirements To Rent our trailers
- Driver’s License
- Auto Insurance
- Vehicle able to tow desired trailer and load.
- Trailer must only be used inside the U.S.

Vehicle Requirements
- Make sure you ball receiver lock works or remove it before arrival. Our bumper pull trailers come with tow ball hitches. you must provide your own tow ball for our gooseneck trailers.
- Check your tow capacity on your ball mount, if it’s not rated for the GVWR of the trailer one is available with your trailer rental
- 7 way plug and brake controller need to be in working conditions prior to pick up.
- No bumper pull style hitches allowed must have a frame style hitch receiver
Trailers Pre-Trip
Before your arrival we inspect the trailer and place the keys for the toolbox and ramps near the coupler of the trailer.
We inspect:
- Axle straps / Cargo straps
- Tire pressure and wear
- Winch
- Lights
- Bearing grease
- All bolts and nuts are inspected and marked with torque marker

At Pickup
Our bumper pull trailers come with the required tow ball, once you hook up to your trailer rental, Text us a picture of the trailer hooked up to ensure the connection is correct and secure and that you are heading out.
Trailer Hookup Tips:
- Safety chains crossed and secured to tow vehicle
- Tow ball hitch pin is attached and pin is secured
- Red breakaway cable attached to tow vehicle
- 7 way plug attached to tow vehicle and lights working properly
- Trailer Jack raised all the way up.
- Coupler secured tow ball and pin secured

Axle Straps
We provide axle straps and regular cargo straps with our rentals. Make sure to only use the snap hooks on the D-rings. The two common ways they get damaged are by putting the snap hooks on the rub rail and by placing the strap where it rubs.
During your rental
- If you have any concerns, questions, or need to extend your rental give us a text or calls us.
- If you get a chance could you please take a picture of the cargo or vehicle loaded on our trailer. It helps us build a gallery to show our customers what can fit on them.
Returning the trailer
- Our drop off hours are from 7:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Text us 30 min to an hour before returning the trailer so we can expect you on our property.
- Park the trailer where you picked it up.
- Put the keys by the coupler.
- Remember to put tow ball back in box.
- We understand mistakes happen If any straps get damaged during the rental let us know so we can get them replaced and charged.
Post Rental Inspection
- The trailer will be inspected and made sure it comes back in good operating conditions.
- We understand this trailer is used to haul vehicles and cargo. Don’t worry about wood stains or paints chips. these are not considered damages.
- Our trailers are equipped with E-Z Tag, if you use it, you will be charged for it at the end of the rental and provided proof of tolls.
